The sloped modules cling to the underside of an elevated highway and continue off to the side. Each module functions as a truss. It’s lit from within and, as a by-product, functions as a lamp beneath and alongside the highway. The modules underneath the highway are roofed by the underside of the highway; they function as lounges and service centers.
